This artist's 1870's B&B farmhouse has three cozy bedrooms-15 minutes from Providence. Choose this listing to reserve just two of the three bedrooms available in the house. An eclectic mix of antique and modern with all the amenities. Breakfasts are a highlight featuring home-baked delectables and my farm fresh eggs. Formal gardens, trees carved into Caryatids, and other follies. A charmed spot! Guests must be dog-friendly as there is a medium sized dog on premises.

The Franklin Delano room in the Delano Homestead B & B, is located on the third floor. This room, has some eaves and a bit of low clearance at the top of the stairs, but is full-height and has a recently renovated, large bath with clawfoot tub and glass shower. The room has a queen-sized bed as well as a dresser, desk and closet. There is also another room adjacent with two twin beds that can also be used. Please contact us for a rate for both rooms.
