(The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. No 14's private studio room has cooking facilities, walled patio, and separate shower room. On the lower floor there's a washing machine and a dryer - and we welcome small dogs! Communal entrance. Royal Pavilion is a 15 min scenic stroll. Brighton Station about 15 mins by bus and 7 mins by cab. No events, not suitable for infants or children, sorry.
