Holland House, a building filled with character and charm built in 1877; one of only a few that survived the hurricane of the 1900's. The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". Located on the square, a private brick paved courtyard has large oak trees to unwind or simply enjoy the quiet that our small town has to offer. Shops are within walking distance or just minutes driving distance for eating establishments. Brenham is a 20 minute drive; Round Top is 35.

Guests will have access to the entire house and large yard. There is ample parking for two cars or more on the property and on the street. North of Chappell Hill, this historic home has a chef’s kitchen and 4 downstairs bedrooms, each with bath access. The 5th en suite bedroom with bath and sitting area is upstairs. My hope is minutes away from wedding venues. It is close to Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park , Brenham and Round Top. (Kyle Field in College station is 35 minutes away.)
