Rosemary cottage is one of three cabins which rest on the edge of a lake in the heart of the Banhoek conservancy. It is a light filled, modern cabin with a wood fired hot tub, direct access to endless hiking and the finest mountain biking trails in the western cape. Although it is intended as a two person cabin, there is an open queen sized pod attached to the living room which can sleep 2 children or an extra guest for a small extra fee. There is an infrared sauna below the dam for you to use.

It is one of the two cottages located on the owners property with its own entrance and secluded garden. The cottage consists of 3 en suite bedrooms furnished with king sized beds. The rates are based on 2 people sharing a room. Using additional rooms comes with an additional charge. Pets are permitted on request at an additional charge.

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. You’ll love the cottage because of the spacious, private, setting on a working wine and fruit farm nestled against the mountains of Franschhoek Valley. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). You are welcome to explore the farm and even practice your chipping and putting skills on the green.There is an inverter to provide electricity during loadshedding periods.
