Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

Our spacious bungalow is set within a wonderful quiet location of Brancaster. The village needs no introduction, beautiful beaches,pubs,sailing,boutique shops. Miles upon miles of tracks for walking/talking/eating & drinking. This property is 15 mins walk to the beach & 15 mins walk to Brancaster Staithe harbour along the coastal path. It is open plan,spacious & the 2 large bi- fold doors leading into the garden allow light aplenty. 4 bicycles for your amusement. Parking for 3 cars out front.

Belle Air is a two bedrooms two bathrooms bungalow beautifully located in the wonderful village of Brancaster. The property offers off road parking for two cars, and a spacious garden with a reading garden shade. The location is ideal for beach goers, golf players, bird watchers and anyone who love beautiful skies and discover the Norfolk coast. Just a wonderful place to stay where you can enjoy a summer on the beach or a warm cosy weekend by the fire during the winter days after a walk.

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

The house is in the small village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk coast – designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. Enormous skies, sun and soft winds make this an area we have loved to return to for over 25 years. We hope that you will come to love it as we have.
