The living room has a new fridge, dining table & chairs, lounge with pull out sofa bed, large screen TV, DVD Blueray. Outdoor area has BBQ with side burner, seating and attractive garden setting.

We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. We can also provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.

Parking is available, with private access to the studio. The wildlife includes Glossy Black Cockatoos, kangaroos and possums.

Behind is a bushy escarpment so a perfect base for walking, biking, exploring or to just relax +watch the colours change. We celebrate four seasons & the interior provides comfort no matter the weather! You'll see plenty of Aussie wildlife too.
