The Annexe

On the outskirts of beautiful historic town of Bradford on Avon, our homely Annexe is completely self contained with its own small outside space. A 15-20 minute walk down hill will find you in the town where there are plenty of places to eat and relax. Walk along the Avon river or take a leisurely stroll by the Canal. Take the train and you could be in Bath around 15 minutes later, and Bristol in 40 mins. By car we are only 30 mins from Longleat Safari Park and around an hour from Stonehenge.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury stone circle, Lacock, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

“Through the Willows” is a luxurious self contained cabin room set in the 4.5 acres of our Tudor farm. The Old Stables is created from a stone built-stable block dating from the 1840’s. It is located in the beautiful Georgian village of Freshford which lies at the junction of the Frome and Avon valleys in the southern Cotswolds. There are some wonderful walks to local pubs following the riverside and canals. All just 15 minutes from Bath by car but the secret of this location is the 9 minute train journey to Bath from the village station, just a short stroll from the cottages.

Light and airy, The Cottage is a converted haybarn built into the gentle slope of the hill. Downstairs there is a sunny double bedroom and a shower room, upstairs a double height open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting/tv area with far ranging views across open fields and a stable door opening out onto the back garden with outside sitting/eating area and mature apple trees. A bridlepath runs outside the window where horses and dogs roam.
