The lounge has a flat screen TV with Netflix and You Tube. Fully fitted self catering kitchen, with eye-level oven and microwave. Separate private entrance, only 5/10 minutes walk from the beach and close to the penguin sanctuary. Our nearest shops and restuarants are in Simons Town about 4 klm away. Own transport is reccommended.

Our home is on the Historical Mile with panoramic views, just one block up from the Main Road and near all the cafes and eateries Simon's Town offers. Boulders Beach and the famous penguins are an easy 20 minute walk away and Long Beach is 10 minutes away as is the railway station. This is a high quality accommodation, All three bedrooms are en-suite, with spacious and sound-proofed rooms. A well equipped kitchen with an outside deck with South African 'Braai', pool and seating area.

This apartment is ideally located within a few metres from Seaforth Beach, Restaurant and the penguin world. A friendly family of penguins pass by the apartment each evening to spend the night in the drain opposite our balcony. An extremely safe location.
