We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.

This guest suite in North Boulder is a private, sunny & welcoming space located on the main floor of our home (not a basement). It has a separate entrance, easy parking, a kitchen and grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You are able to walk to a coffee shop, grocery store & gorgeous Wonderland lake. We love having new guests & hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

Cute hideaway in central boulder! Clean & cozy studio room with private bathroom, amenities and outdoor area. Architecturally connected to primary home with kind family. Please note: as the apartment is connected to main living area, muffled sound travels between the spaces. We honor quiet hours between 10-7. Most guests don’t find this to be an issue. As you’ll see in the photos, the Murphy bed can be folded up during the day for more space.
