Custom remodeled modern A Frame. Completely private, in the middle of 12 acres, 15 min from Boulder; 40 min to Denver. Cedar Japanese hot tub and outdoor shower over looking creek. A separate lower level (private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, tv, living room) is available at an extra $100/night. All pricing for this home is for 4 guests.
