The Cow Shed has kitchen, double bed wood burning stove, with new shower room toilet facilities and belfast kitchen sink to the OUTSIDE of the building. Ideal for couples looking for something a bit different. The Cow Shed can be enjoyed anytime of the year, as it is heated with a wood burning stove or electric heaters so you will not go cold.

This home away from home is located in the village of Bettyhill. It offers views to the River Naver, Torrisdale Bay and the headland beyond. Tastefully decorated and furnished, it will make an excellent stop on your adventure along the NC500. It boasts wheelchair friendly access. There is a king sized bed in the main bedroom, bunk bed in the second bedroom, lounge, kitchen and wet room bathroom for your exclusive use during your stay. The property has a ocean view garden with grassy lawn.

Old country cottage built in 1873 set in the small village of Melvich with amazing coastal views and breathtaking scenery. On the North Coast 500 route, this property offers an ideal location for exploring both Caithness and Sutherland. Melvich boasts a sandy beach within a 5 minute walk from the cottage. This property has a private and enclosed garden with private parking. There is an open fire in the living room which would be set by the host. Dog friendly, max 2 dogs.

The Byre is a unique studio converted from a barn and is perfect for a peaceful break or romantic getaway! A comfortable hotel quality double mattress in self catering accommodation with stunning views of the sea and islands and within easy walk of a shop and beaches. Just a short walk from Melvich beach great for swimming, fishing, surfing, or just a gentle stroll along the beach, a truly beautiful getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. The cottage whilst boasting all modern amenities still keeps a lot of its original features.

Our house in Bettyhill is central for touring across the Highlands of Scotland. The area is full things to see and do including, fishing on the River Naver, walking, surfing and cycling, with castles and historic places around. In summer you can enjoy the long summer evenings with daylight until after 11pm The house is located on the far North Coast of Scotland and is an ideal stop off on the NC 500 route.
