Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. It has a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace and huge tv! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet coffee bar! We also offer Nestle Cottage next door if needed.

Comfortable private studio apartment, top floor of home, with upstairs outside entrance. Located i the most central neighborhood in Boone. Walking distance to ASU campus, the Saturday farmers market, movie theater, downtown (bars, restaurants, shops), Earth Fare grocery and bus stops. Drive 15 - 20 minutes to swimming holes, great hiking trails, and ski slopes. In winter, our street is one of the first to be plowed, lending easy access to main plowed roads. HURRICANE NOTE: We have power, water, hot water, wifi and cool mountain air. Our road is fine and businesses in the area are opening back up and wishing visitors to return. Tiny home cabin, set in a grove of trees yet minutes to downtown Boone. Intimate two-person hot tub. Propane fireplace, two mini-split ac/heaters, two tv's fully loaded, full size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, loft with queen bed. Covered porch with grill and hot tub, fire pit out back.

Beautiful Mountain Guest House

Our guest house is a new construction with mountain/modern decor and reclaimed wood features, detached from the main home. It is a great place to serve as a base for outdoor adventure and centrally located. Located in a new development less than 2 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 min. from downtown Blowing Rock, and 10 minutes from downtown Boone. There is a 0.7 mile loop to take in the fresh air surrounded by pine trees and beautiful views of Grandfather Mtn.

Colorful, comfy and clean decor in a cozy tucked away college setting. Two minute walk to ASU campus and a few more minutes to multiple dining options. 14 exterior steps down to this basement apartment. 116 sq feet of functional new construction. I use unscented detergents for linens and non-toxic and essential oil cleaners. Please message me if you have special requests outside of the booking settings I have created. I can often accommodate changes.

Cozy Tiny Home on beautiful property- amazing mountain and pond views, access to private stocked fishing pond, miles of trails nearby, and a 18 hole disc golf course. Close to parkway, in between Boone and Blowing Rock. About 10 min from each.
