Cozy couples getaway! Located in Coolin on the East side of Priest Lake. Enjoy stunning views of Priest Lake from the deck of this secondary guest house. No lake/beach access included. Public beach & boat launch <1 mile away. Walk to the Tyee coffee shop or historic Leonard Paul Store. Ride from the house to many miles of trails on your ATV/snowmobiles. It's also within walking distance to downtown Sandpoint, making it ideal for strolling (or riding one of the two provided bicycles) to restaurants, bars and boutiques. You won't find another spot as central or with as much character. Plus, furnishings and appliances are new!

We have a 2 bedroom apartment available in a large log home that is split into 2 units. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Access to the master is through the room with the kitchennete and bunk bed. The private entrance is via the deck where you can come and go as you please. The house is 7 minutes outside of Sandpoint and 10 min from the base of Schweitzer mountain and park and ride lot. The property is forested and is also home to a few friendly dogs
