Around the corner from the Edison public country club, less than a mile and a half from the Historic Ford and Edison Estates and a 7 minute drive to downtown, our quaint guest suite is in an ideal location nestled in a picturesque Fort Myers neighborhood off of the beautiful palm tree lined McGregor Boulevard. Our suite features a separate entrance, a queen sized bed, seating area, coffee maker, a large bathroom with essential toiletries provided, and an outdoor seating area.

This serene, private-entry upscale studio is fully furnished, has a screened patio, and looks out onto a fenced back yard that includes tropical fruit trees and a chickee hut. Located in Naples Park, close to two public beaches and down the street from the Mercato, an upscale mixed use development with a Whole Foods Market and many small shops, restaurants and bars. Newly renovated, with zero-entry shower, heated towel rack, bidet, high-speed Wi-Fi, PC, TV, and full kitchen.

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet. Great house in a great quiet neighborhood located just 1.5 miles from Downtown and minutes from the beach.
