Space includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed, living area with a double size sofa bed, bath with tub/shower and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and dishes. The guest house also has a TV with cable and other streaming services available.

Large porch off the apartment for sitting and bird watching.

We're located 25 miles from Charlotte International Airport, 5 miles from I85 and 75 miles from Asheville, NC. The apartment is attached to our home with a connecting breezeway. It has a private entrance, screened porch, ceiling fans and parking area.
