This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

The Coffee Roasting Shed in stunning Carool

Unwind at this stunning hinterland location. This farm stay was lovingly renovated from the old coffee roasting shed and built with a coastal rustic feel. Right in the heart of Currumbin Valley is our Private tranquil Cottage. Created with your comfort and enjoyment in mind, the space offers a spacious tastefully furnished modern space with kitchen, living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, outdoor balcony and stunning views. Only a short walk away from the natural rock pools, 15 minutes away from Currumbin beach and 20 minutes from Gold Coast Airport. Enjoy the entire Cottage/House to yourself and come and go as you please.

The cottage is designed to sit quietly on its beautiful hillside site, making the very best of its stunning location. Stylishly outfitted, you’ll find a truly relaxing space to unwind and take in the gorgeous vistas of Northern NSW, surrounded by peace and quiet. Guests are welcome to explore our property-as long as you take a carrot or two to share with Bentley, our resident horse. The Mouses House Retreat is a hidden gem in a truly enchanted rainforest. Within an hour of arriving you will feel any stress disappear, replaced with peace, tranquility & being at one with nature. Your accommodation consists of one of three (3) private Rainforest Spa chalets : Sneezy, Dopey or Happy chalets. Ask about our Luxury level chalets with extra outside private Hot Tub.
