I offer modern styled double rooms next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our court (8 € pppd).

Studio Solare

Welcome to Studio Solare, with a stunning view in the heart of Portorož. 2 minutes walking distance from the sea and 15 minutes to medieval town Piran. Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Fully eqipped kitchen, coffe machine, TV with Netflix and WiFi, bathroom and sleeping area in the looft which is accessible by the staircase. There is also a big garden, outdoor sitting area and fee parking.

Este estudio recientemente renovado es adecuado para parejas o solteros que viajan a Venecia, tiene todas las comodidades en un ambiente contenido pero íntimo y agradable, y sobre todo independiente. La zona es muy céntrica, a pocos minutos de Rialto, pero en el barrio de Cannaregio, lleno de restaurantes y tiendas que recomendaré a cualquiera que quiera conocer Venecia desde un punto de vista LOCAL. ¡Tengo un servicio de Internet portátil que puedes llevar contigo todo el tiempo en Venecia!

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

City center 1 apartment 10 meters from the sea

This garden guest house apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway, family with kids or a small group of friends. Few steps from the only city centre beach and Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč. There is a free parking for a car in the garden - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are allowed with charge of 8 euros per day that is payable upon arrival. Please contact me prior reservation if you have larger pets.

Small and cosy, 50m from the beach

Pasiflora is a bungalow for two people offering an extra bed. It has a kitchenette and a living room. It is located in the garden next to our family house. The room exits onto a private terrace overlooking the sea. We can offer a breakfast on request including domestic products such as fig and plum marmalade, free-range eggs, cheese and other Istrian products. Guests are provided with a parking facility and a wireless network connection.

We offer venetian-styled double rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee), no checkin after 21 o'clock).
