Welcome to @TheCozyNorthShore! Our modern basement apartment offers a private entrance, queen bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers. Conveniently located, less than an 8-minute ride from downtown Salem. Please note: There is a separate Airbnb unit located upstairs in the main house, with its own private entrance. You will not have any direct interaction with other guests, but you will occasionally hear some noise from the other unit.

Rock Steady - Panoramic Ocean Front Home

Just north of Boston, our home is a mid century ranch we renovated in 2019. The Airbnb is a spacious ground floor living space surrounded by a private cove that is truly breathtaking. 1000 square feet of sunlit comfort. Enjoy the sound of the waves, stunning sunrises and a landscaped back patio that abuts our cliff. In the summer take advantage of the town beach down the street. During the winter relax in front the fireplace. Top it all off with hi-speed Wi-fi – it's a perfect getaway.

Antique Garden Cottage

Ours is a cozy, 2 bedroom & living room suite in an antique garden cottage with private bath and entrance and on site parking. It is attached to our home but is a separate private space with no shared living areas and its own patio English Garden. It is situated on 2 floors (bathroom upstairs). It is a short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants & historic sites. The suite has a small breakfast table, microwave, minifrig, Keurig, electric kettle & toaster, but not a full kitchen.

Shoreview Studio Lounge

This historic Victorian residence, is today host to this seaside studio lounge. Once inside, you’ll fall captive to the seascape off Independence Park. The Atlantic panorama provides an awe-inspired sunrise daily. From its elevated perch, the studio has a contemporary feel with its private observation deck to its sophisticated lighting and wet bar design. Comforts include heated floors, air conditioning and powered room-darkening blinds.

"Tween Coves Cottage" lies nestled next to breathtaking Halibut Pt. State Park. A short walk along wooded paths will lead to the ocean where you can picnic by the water, explore tidal pools, and enjoy a variety of wildlife and vegetation. Distance to the center of Rockport by car is under 10 minutes/ walking is approx. 50 minutes. Distance to the railway station is approx. 5 minutes by car/ walking is approx. 40 minutes.
