A peaceful setting on Lake Wylie. Enjoy the private beachfront and sunset views from the expansive deck. You can relax in a hammock or go for a stroll down to your private dock and venture out on the water on the provided kayaks, paddle board, or pedal boat. This rental is set up with outside in mind. Three level deck, gazebo, floating dock, and a beach area with a firepit make it a perfect place to make memories. An ideal base to explore Charlotte and experience nature.

In addition to the primary apartment, there is a large porch with doors from both the living area and the kitchen. The shower has modern exposed piping. The kitchen is full size kitchen with all appliances and a separate laundry room. Coffee maker, as well as electric tea kettle, creamer, and sugar.
