'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

The Duck Pond @ Redhead Beach (Newcastle)

Pet friendly apartment a short stroll to beach, cafes, bakery, dining. Self-contained private downstairs apartment with its own entrance. Opposite Owen's Walkway and the Duck Pond beach track which is an easy 600mtr stroll to the sand at Redhead beach. A perfect getaway with a kitchenette, (kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer), queen bed, lounge, smart tv (Netflix), dining table, spacious bathroom, free parking. Max 2 adults, 1 medium or 2 small dogs. Nil Airbnb service fee charged.
