More space is available to accommodate up to 4 guests occupying the entire 2nd floor which would add a bedroom with a double bed and a large room with a pull out sofa. There is a $15.00 charge per night for each extra guest.

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

This backyard walk out has a fireplace, private covered patio area as well as use of the grill, fire pit, canoe and kayaks. Off street parking is available. The apt. is light and has beautiful view of the Pemigewassett River. Yard with stairs down to the river where you can fish. There is a barbeque grill and seating by the river. Often see American Bald Eagle fishing too as well as a great assortment of ducks and other water life. NO PETS
