While you are apart from the hustle and bustle of the city, know you are only minutes from Liberty University, Randolph and Lynchburg College, Centra Health, Amtrack, airport and downtown Lynchburg. Our two bedroom apartment offers a full bath, partial kitchen, dining and living room areas. Our hospitality includes communication, conversation and privacy.

Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. The house is easily accessible with a flat driveway and one step up from the sidewalk. One king and 2 XL twin beds with all bedding washed after each guest. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.

The cottage features beautiful views of the Peaks of Otter Mountains among fields of grazing horses and donkeys. Sunrise and sunset are truly magical hours on Roaring Run Farm.
