It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

Newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage, 1 large with a queen. The other with twin over double bunk beds, easily sleeps 4. Borrow our kayaks, and within 30 seconds, you are on the river! Or relax on the deck and enjoy the peace and quiet. !Please do not use the fireplace! In the evening, enjoy the firepit or relax inside on the comfortable couch to enjoy your favorite netflix show. Please ask if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable. If we can provide it, we will gladly accommodate.

Sleeping accommodations include a bedroom with a queen bed and another with bunks. The bathroom is complete with stand up shower and laundry.

Having two and a half baths is a bonus. Comfortable in all weather with two mini-splits and baseboard heating. 20 minutes from Shediac and 40 minutes from Moncton makes this a great base for exploring as well. Great fishing, beach access and lots of space for outdoor games.
