It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

Located 50 minutes from Austin and an hour from San Antonio, our property sits out in the country about the same distance from Lockhart and Luling on FM 86. Our adorable guest cottage is located behind our house on a couple of acres surrounded by woods and fields. Perfect for 1 or 2 people to enjoy the beauty and solitude that the country offers. The cottage is 400 sf with a semi-private bedroom with a queen bed, kitchenette, living room, bath, and a covered porch with rocking chairs.

The perfect getaway if you want to be in nature and still 20 min from downtown Austin. This cute cabin is situated at the very back of this lovely 5-acre property. This cabin has a kitchenette for simple cooking during your stay. With a luxurious futon, it can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Guests will have access to our communal bathhouse with showers and toilets that has an abundance of hot water. (Please note that the bathhouse is a 1-2 min walk from the unit.)
