Entry room has sofa/bed, dining table & kitchenette. Suite accommodates a couple or 2 individuals comfortably. $25/person/night charge for more than 2. Two-night minimum stay (4 for ACL & SXSW). Discounts: 7+ days (15%); 28+ days (30%). 31+ days saves you 17% hotel occupancy tax as well. Longer term discounts and advance booking inquiries welcome.

This home is a condo located in the beautiful Zilker neighborhood bordering Barton Hills. Minutes away from the famous Zilker Park, numerous cafes, restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, bars & nightlife. This is a super cozy space that is perfect for small friends groups, couples and families. Plush bedding, memory foam queen mattresses in both bedrooms, and a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi, coffee bar, and keyless entry.

Just steps from Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park. Visit the many activities the park and Lady Bird Lake provides. A short walk to restaraunts, bars, trails, paddle boarding, swimming, arts, museums, theaters, etc. High speed google fiber internet will provide a wonderful work or entertainment environment in this mid century modern home. April 2025: The neighbors in the back have started constructing a new home which creates some noise. Please take this into account when booking.

Two blocks from Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park, this duplex has been recently renovated and is a perfect spot for checking out everything in Austin. Walking distance to the TownLake Trail, some really great restaurants and shopping. Nice side deck for outside eating/grilling with a good size fire pit and large table with chairs. Another private deck off the back bedroom overlooking secluded tree covered yard. Includes three bedrooms, two queen beds and one king.
