It's a private wing to the Bursley Manor, an elegantly restored 1670 farmhouse set on an acre of shared grounds along beautiful & historic Route 6A. It offers 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a lounge, a sleep sofa, and a laundry. There are 2 fridges, 2 coffee machines, and a microwave. Outside are the shared patio with grills & fire pits and the spa area. Pristine, 6-mile Sandy Neck Beach is 2 miles from this perfect mid-Cape hub.

This 272 sq. ft, self contained studio in the main building has a west facing balcony looking out at the tennis court and has access to the beach as the property is part of a beachfront resort. Enjoy all the resort amenities including: beach, seasonal outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, tennis, beach volleyball etc. Wi-Fi is not guaranteed, we have Ethernet connections for your use. Maximum of 4 guests, including children and infants. The studio has A/C and free parking. No pets permitted.

Ocean Front Resort Studio Unit

Studio unit in ocean front time-share resort with beach access and pool. Studio is ideal for two people, but will sleep up to four people with a pull down, double murphy bed & full size sleep sofa (note, that the primary bed is the full size, pull-down murphy bed, see pictures ). Kitchen area with bar seating and equipped with kitchen basics. Resort location is fabulous overlooking Nantucket sound in Falmouth Heights near the harbor.

Located at 150 Water Street, this condo is available starting July 2021! This room is located directly across from Anna's Harborside where you can find live music all weekend long during the summer. Riverview Resort prime July week

This unit is a Timeshare week (July 19-26 located in the heart of Cape Cod at Riverview Resort. This unit usually rents for over $2400 for the week, but I am offering it this year for $1505 (plus fees and taxes) as I will not be able to use it myself. This Yarmouth location is central to Cape Cod with beach and recreation very close by. The unit is on the second floor and you have all amenities available to you.
