The village Godinje is on 4th km from Virpazar, 2km from Pjesacac beach. Besac castle is 3 km away from village. Skadar lake is 1km from house. The long history dates back to the 10th century and nearly one hundred ancient stone houses set above a picturesque valley. The tradition of trickling high quality wine is maintained even today, so we also offer domestic wine to buy. You'd like an interior of the house, garden, views, coziness, peace. Parking is in front of the house and it's free.

On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. Take the narrow asphalt road that from the small town of Virpazar winds through the gentle hills. After a few kilometres, halfway between the dense forests and the endless sky, you will find a traditional made house of made of stone.

Set in Virpazar, 1.2 km from Lake Skadar, Villa SEMEDER provides a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a garden with a barbecue. This villa features a terrace. This air-conditioned villa is fitted with a bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, as well as kettle.
