Immerse yourself in this unique & tranquil getaway. Enjoy the fully renovated, all new fixtures & furnishings providing a modern interior with a homely feel. The rustic exterior provides the High Country charm of yesteryear nestled on 30 acres of rural tranquility. 100m from the main residence you have your own privacy. We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Cosy 1 bedroom farm stay guesthouse

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

Guests can expect to be greeted by our inquisitive array of farm pets, including highland cows, sheep & chooks.

Just an hour from Melbourne, The Rocks Studio is the perfect redoubt from the city grind. Completely off-grid, The Rocks Studio is perched high amongst giant, granite boulders on a one hundred acre, working, sheep property. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.
