Small apartment with own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge etc and its own toilet. The spa with a wooden sauna, bath tub and a shower is mainly for your own use. The laundry and recreation room are shared with us. The apartment is in the basement of our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården .

Underbar 4:a nära tunnelbanan.

Lägenheten är en 4:a på 80 m2. Köket har all önskvärd utrustning. Ett rymligt badrum med badkar, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. 3 sovrum med dubbelsängar. Lilla sovrummet har inget fönster. Men är mysigt. I vardagsrummet finns dubbelbäddsoffa. Området har många fina promenadslingor som löper genom skog och naturreservat som omger området. Det är knappt 100 m till tunnelbanestationen. Bara 15 minuter till centrala Stockholm med tåg. T-banan har nattrafik hela Fredag- och Lördagnatt.

I just had this beautiful apartment build and everything is brand new. Two rooms: a private bedroom with a queen size bed for two, and a living room with a full kitchen. The living room has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed that sleeps two more people.
