Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Exclusiv ausgestattete Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, jedes Schlafzimmer mit Bad/Dusche/WC. Eine Waschmaschine/Trockner steht in einem Bad zur Verfügung. Modern und bestens ausgestattete Küche, grosse, gemütliche Essecke und Wohnbereich mit Balkon von dem man einen herrlichen Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge hat. Die grosszügig gestaltet Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Westendorf, so dass alle Restaurants, Geschäfte ,Schwimmbad, Golfplatz und Bergbahn/Lifte ( Im Winter: Ski in - Ski out ) bequem zu erreichen sind. Der seit 2013 eröffnete Golfplatz ist 20 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. 10 weitere Golfplätze stehen in der Region zur Verfügung. Die Tennisanlage in 2 Minuten vom Apartment entfernt. Für Wanderer, Mountainbike und Gleitschirm fliegen ist Westdorf ein idealer Ort. In der Zeit von April bis November kann an jedem Tag eingecheckt werden.
