De ruimte kan worden omschreven als sfeervol, met gebruik van mooie materialen, oog voor detail en vooral comfortabel met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf voor korte of langere tijd.

Er is een aparte kamer voor het ontbijt en een ruime eigen badkamer met ligbad en douche. Gasten beschikken over de gehele bovenverdieping, met vrije opgang. There is a shop on the ground floor, and the owner lives on the first floor. The apartments share the front door and the staircase. The lockable apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staircase is typically Dutch and therefore a bit steeper; it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for € 15,00 per day. (normal is € 50,00 a day in Utrecht!)
