The bungalow is located in the CBD of Wollongong, 2 min drive to all amenities, beaches, restaurants/bars and cafes, 10min walk to Wollongong railway station, buses and Wollongong Hospital.

A perfect getaway in a comfortable, airconditioned 2 bedroom bungalow with its own private pontoon, balcony, kitchen, BBQ and outdoor seating area. There is endless sporting equipment, such as a dingy with an electric motor, large canoe, kayaks, SUP’s and a dartboard. The bungalow is unique as it has an extra seating area to relax and look over the lake especially on sunset. Lake Bennett is supplied with safe drinkable bore water throughout the home.
