I keep my welcome very short, don't really like to be invasive; but I'm always available for tips, suggestions, etc. The neighborhood is teaming with life 24/7, with little taquerias, a homemade beer shop, and a market nearby. La Roma is also known as one of the two culinary centers in town. The apartment is just two blocks away from the iconic Amsterdam Street. Location is absolutely great, you can just walk to mostly all the interesting places. When going to a museum or tour you can take the subway or bike, these are also very near. There is a bike share station on the corner, a Metrobus station (Campeche) 2 blocks away and a metro station (Chilpancingo) just 10 minutes away. Feel free to water the plants once a week

Bonito Apartamento Art Déco en el Barrio Condesa

Es un pequeño apartamento con el espacio optimizado, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. El edificio cuenta con 3 plantas y la azotea (4 niveles-no hay ascensor). Es silencioso y se escucha el canto de las aves. En la planta baja está una tienda de chocolates. La Condesa es muy céntrica y arbolada. No se necesita un auto en este barrio. Y tiene WiFi super rápido. Doy la bienvenida, explico como funciona el lugar y entrego las llaves con un pequeño mapa de la zona. Estoy en contacto a través de mensajes de texto, respetando la privacía. Estoy disponible cuando el huesped lo necesite. La Condesa es el mejor barrio para caminar y observar las diferentes épocas arquitectónicas, desde el Art Déco hasta los edificios modernos de hormigón. Tiene dos parques, el México y el España. También hay muchos bonitos cafés y restaurantes. Tiene 2 estaciones de Metro cercanas (Chilpancingo, línea café and Chapultepec, línea rosa) y 2 de Metrobus (Sonora y Campeche). La oficina de Ecobici esta a una cuadra de distancia (Nuevo León 78), donde puedes conseguir tu tarjeta para andar en bicicleta por toda la ciudad. No se puede fumar dentro del apartamento, pero se puede en la terraza, con sólo abrir la puerta.
