Majaosal on eraldi sissepääs ning koosneb esikust, köögist, magamistoast ja elutoast (ilma aknata). Sobilik 2 täiskasvanule ja 2 lapsele. Magamistoas on kaheinimese voodi, elutoas diivanvoodi. Köögis on olemas kõik söögitegemiseks vajalik, samuti on grillimisvõimalus õuealal. Lastele mänguväljak koos liumäe ja batuudiga.

Kuuse metsamaja asub keset kaunist Saaremaa loodust. Võta aeg maha kuulates oja vulinat või nautides vaadet tiigile ja metsale. Majas on kõik puhkuseks vajalik ning magamiskohti on kuni 9 inimesele (7 kohta teisel korrusel ja 2 kohta alumisel). Saunasid on lausa 2 ning saunast saab hüpata jahutuseks otse tiiki.
