The apartment is full renovated a few months ago and everything is brand new. In the bedroom there is a large comfortable double bed and one big sofa bed in the living room. All in discreet led light. In the kitchen you can enjoy a modern flat-screen cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a large bar table. The bathroom is glazed with marble ceramics, it is very compact and clean. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, hygiene sets.

The building itself was built during the golden era of Belgrade in 1937, in the Modern style. Initially owned by the family Auer, the interior has been decorated by the stone staircase and the marble entrance. Apt. Auer has been completely redecorated in May, 2022.
