Besucht uns in unserem neu renovierten Ferienhaus auf dem über 1000 m² großen Grundstück mit direkt angrenzendem Bachlauf, überdachtem Balkon und großem Gartenbereich! Das 50 qm große Holzhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail aus seinem Dornröschenschlaf erweckt. Unser kleiner Rückzugsort wurde innen und außen grundlegend renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Nehmt euch eine Auszeit und ladet euren Akku bei gemütlichen Abenden am Kaminofen wieder auf :-)

Vom Balkon aus habt ihr einen wunderbaren Blick über unseren Stadtteil Schweinheim und die Ausläufer des Spessarts. Ideal für Radwanderer, Biker da kostenlose Stellplätze direkt im und am Haus. Speziell für Radwanderer stehen abgeschlossene Stellplätze direkt im Haus zur Verfügung. Auch ideal für Messeaussteller.

Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.
