Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Bigfoot's Bungalow

Welcome to Bigfoot's Bungalow. This charming little guest house sits in the heart of Jonesboro. It's got a queen size bed, living area with Roku TV, WiFi, kitchenette, fridge, Keurig, washer, dryer, full bathroom, plenty of parking, and lots of character! Located in the heart of Jonesboro, you're just minutes from everything. Whether it's Arkansas State University, our historic downtown, hospitals, or business district, you can quickly get to your destination with ease.

The Penthouse in DTR

Enjoy a stay at the only Luxury apartment rental conveniently located just two blocks from downtown Rogers. The Penthouse in Downtown Rogers is a modern and stylish apartment with all the amenities you need for a short stay or a long retreat: sumptious Sleep Number bed and bedding, gourmet kitchen and outdoor barbecue area, luxe shower and outdoor hot tub with an outdoor fire pit to boot. Just 3 blocks from the Railyard mountain bike park, a short trail to lake Atalanta park.

New paint and renovation of interior images. A tiny quiet cove of delight with a private entrance and self check in/out process access. Cozy, quaint, and quiet. Awaken refreshed after sleeping comfortably on a Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress. No need to meet with host. Let yourself in.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

Rustic digs on acreage Near Mt Hebron Park, Rogers

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.

Entire King Suite • Private Lake Balboa Guesthouse

The guest house is separate from the main house and has it’s own parking and access. Keyless entry means no lost keys (code provided prior to arrival). Guests are welcome to use the dock for swimming, relaxing, or fishing. A covered patio with gas grill is also available to guests. NOTE FOR FEBRUARY 2026: our lake has been temporarily lowered so swimming, kayaking, fishing will not be available from our dock.

Created just for two, this cozy haven is the perfect base camp for your outdoor adventures. The Loft features gorgeous mountain views and quick access to the Buffalo River. This 352 square foot modern studio boasts an exceptional outdoor living space. Sit on the porch with your morning coffee before you head out for adventure and keep an eye out for the deer that feel right at home on our 40 acre property.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

Bella Vista Bike House

The Bella Vista Bike House is your family friendly getaway close to all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer! Located just 0.2 mi from the Back 40 and less than 15 minutes from downtown Bentonville, you'll have ride in / ride out access to trails and convenient access to Bentonville.
