Our Top of the World Vacation Rentals can sleep up to 6 adults. They come with a queen in the primary bedroom, twin bunks in the second bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, & two queen beds in the overhead loft area. The kitchen provides full appliances. RVs and Camping Trailers are not permitted to park at vacation rental parking at any time. Welcome to our secluded, hillside oasis! Situated outside of town in a peaceful neighborhood, the Aerie Loft offers a hotel-style studio engulfed in absolutely stunning panoramic views. It is located on a south-facing slope above the charming Moab Valley, 3 miles south of town. We're up on a hillside, so sunrises and sunsets are amazing! The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.

Located at exit #187 on I-70, we are close to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is great for those who enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying the great outdoors. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Just 3 miles north on a paved road are 4500 year old Indian paintings. ATV riding is at your doorstep. The RV park that is next to the house is small and quiet . We are at the base of the Book Cliffs with antelope frequenting Thompson Springs.

All bedrooms have their own full bathroom, including soaker tubs. Upstairs bedrooms and loft are hardwood floors. The ground level floor features polished concrete.
