Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

Evergreen Farm Cottage is tucked away down a private drive and offers a private country setting with very private patio and back yard. This comfortable home has a queen size memory foam bed, single futon, wifi and a smart tv. Great location offering easy ride to beaches, downtown Newport and Broadway restaurants. Located just up the hill from Newport Naval Base and Safe Harbor Marina as well as Gulf Stream Restaurant. Many nice venues nearby for dinner, music and sunsets.

Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. I also live on property but your space is completely private.. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)
