Studio aan woonboot aan rand van Amsterdam

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Stijlvol appartement onder ons huis, in het souterrain, met een patio en een eigen trap naar beneden. Van alle comfort voorzien, keuken, badkamer, apart toilet, 1 slaapkamer en 1 extra logeerplek (met gordijn, geen deur! Voor max 2 personen). Met de auto ben je in 30 minuten in Amsterdam of Utrecht. Het appartement is op loopafstand van Paleis Soestdijk en station Soestdijk. Dichtbij de bossen en met veel leuke restaurants om de hoek. De ruimte is ook geschikt als werkplek of vergaderruimte.

De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

Studio "Anna bij de Buren" een heerlijke plek in de duinen tussen Amsterdam en Bloemendaal aan Zee. Vlakbij bos, duinen, strand en zee waar je kunt wandelen en fietsen, dichtbij kan je genieten van de gezellige winkelstraatjes van Santpoort-Noord en Bloemendaal, de ruïne van Brederode, landgoed Duin en Kruidberg en sauna Ridderrode. Op fietsafstand van de fijne winkelstad Haarlem en op loopafstand van NS station Santpoort-Zuid van waar je in nog geen 25 min in hartje Amsterdam bent.

Welcome at PATIO PRIMA! Stay in the guesthouse of an authentic, typically Dutch ‘dyke house’, built in 1901, bordering Amsterdam. Situated near the beautiful village of Oud Sloten (one of the sketch areas of Rembrandt) and the Molen van Sloten, one of the few working windmills within Amsterdam’s borders. Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Nice and cosy studio in Amsterdam

Nice and functional studio only 15 minutes cycling or with an uber/ public transport about 20 min from Amsterdam City Center. The studio has a modern bathroom which is fully renovated 2 months a go. The bed is 160x 200 cm. There is a TV and WIFI connection. The studio is on the ground floor in a family friendly street. Pets are not allowed and also smoking is prohibited. Because it is a very family friendly area, partying is not allowed.

Private & Big house at the river Amstel

The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc.

It is located in the north area of Amsterdam. only 5 km van A'DAM Lookout, 8 km from Rembrandthuis en 8,1 km from Stopera. there is a nice view on the river and the small nature area at the back of the house and free WIFI.
