De studio is in samenwerking met interieurarchitect Steven Baart (Typography Interiority & Other Serious Matters) ontworpen en gebouwd door de eigenaren zelf. Alles is binnen handbereik. Loop, fiets of neem het openbaar vervoer de stad in of uit. We ontvangen graag gasten die het beste van Amsterdam willen ontdekken, zoals musea, restaurants, architectuur, parken, terrassen, etc.

The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

Op onze recent gebouwde woonark De Appeltuyn zal je met veel plezier verblijven tussen de eendjes, zwanen en voorbijgaande bootjes! Onze woonark heeft een apart gedeelte om in te verblijven met een keuken, badkamer, apart toilet en twee tweepersoonskamers. Met het openbaar vervoer zijn we makkelijk te bereiken. De NDSM pont, die je van en naar Amsterdam Centraal station brengt, is op 7 minuten fietsafstand van ons vandaan. We verwelkomen je graag voor een onvergetelijk verblijf!

Floating tiny house Java Island (nearby Amsterdam)

Java Islands is een Floating Tiny house gelegen aan een eiland in de Vinkeveense Plassen zeer dicht bij Amsterdam, Utrecht en Haarlem. Het is alleen bereikbaar per boot en je waant je er in een oase van rust midden in de natuur. Bootje te huur voor €30 per dag om zelf te kunnen komen en weg gaan naar het eiland. Kijk ook eens naar onze andere tiny houses Java Island 2 en Borneo Island. Deze hebben een houtkacheltje staan. Gezellig voor het brandend kachelvuurtje in de herfst.

This nice houseboat apartment is located in a cargo boat from 1907 in the old Amsterdam harbor of the 16th century. The boat is moored in between the oldest part of the historic city centre and the modern architecture of the Oosterdok Island, between Central Station and the Technology Museum. The boat and the surrounding boats form a quite little village right in the center of town. Central heating makes the apartment nice and warm in the winter.

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.
