We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). Een heerlijk luxe accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien, in het prachtige landelijke dorp Broek in Waterland. Op 20 minuten afstand van Amsterdam Centrum. Het is vijf minuten lopen naar de bus die rechtstreeks naar Amsterdam Centraal Station rijdt. Het is geheel privé met rondom terras en een mooie tuin voorzien van drie plekken om te zitten. Rondom omheind en afsluitbaar met een mooie poort. Het huis is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen.

Nice and functional studio only 15 minutes cycling or with an uber/ public transport about 20 min from Amsterdam City Center. The studio has a modern bathroom which is fully renovated 2 months a go. The bed is 160x 200 cm. There is a TV and WIFI connection. The studio is on the ground floor in a family friendly street. Pets are not allowed and also smoking is prohibited. Because it is a very family friendly area, partying is not allowed.
