The unit is handicap accessible with no steps at the front or back doors, wide hallways, and 3' doorways in every room. This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The open concept kitchen and living room area has high lofted ceilings. The large kitchen is ideal for those who like to prepare food themselves. Garage not included. BBQ grill provided seasonally.

This is a very spacious and comfortable home. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

Camp Timoney, Lake House

Need a place to get away, explore, and relax? Watch all the wildlife on Lake Timoney. This private Camp is cozy, with many amenities, and comforts of home, but still has all the Maine Camp feels. Directly Connects to ATV trails. Snowmobile trail ITS83 can also be accessed directly from the property! Lots of great restaurants are connected to these trails. Camp Timoney is 6 minutes off the highway, New Limerick is 5 minutes away, Houlton is just 15 minutes from camp.

The Buck Stops Here cozy cottage

We are nestled in the hillside, surrounded by forest & wildlife. Pet friendly during the months of May-October. Great news, the snowmobile and ATV trails are located just 2 minutes from the cottage! When given the opportunity, this is the perfect escape to view deer and wild turkeys! Take an adventure wheeling, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or hiking. End the day with a bonfire and star gazing or snuggle up by the indoor wood stove. You decide it's your vacation to enjoy!

Walk-out apt with kitchen

The house is in a wooded area, with a view of two rivers in winter and woods view in summer. There is a large deck for sunset views that guests are welcome to use. Nearby is the Shore Road where one can walk along the river or put a kayak or canoe in. A half-hour north is a fine dining restaurant and art gallery. Woodstock has a few varied restaurants and a cafe downtown, a craft beer and a restaurant pub, community centre with free indoor walking/running track.

The Wiley Moose Cabin

Welcome to our cozy cabin out in the woods in Littleton, Maine, just off of US 1, ten minutes north of the town of Houlton. The Southern Bangor and Aroostook ATV trail borders our property. So if that's your reason to come to the area, you can pull right in from the trail! We're also a great option for those coming to visit family and friends in the area, we all know how hard it can be to find a place when you need lodging. Please see our pet policy below.

Enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming from our 1800 feet of frontage on the Meduxnekeag river, or hiking and snowshoeing on our 70+ acres. 5 minutes from the Houlton Golf course and the snowmobile trails. Roast some smores on the campfire with the kids at sunset, or cosy up and watch a movie inside on a rainy day.
