Kom och bo i vårt mysiga poolhus i natursköna Älta, Nacka! Separat hus på 25 kvm beläget på vår tomt. Huset har sovrum med 2 sängar, badrum, vedeldad bastu och kök/pentry + litet allrum i ett. Bad i poolen enligt ö.k. Men det är också nära till flera badsjöar varav den ena 100 m från huset (sandstrand & bryggor). Kajaker finns att hyra vid sjön. 100 m till mataffär & bussar in till centrala Stockholm (max 25 min) EN Cozy pool house with sauna, kitchen, lakes near by & 25 min to Stockholm

Modern house in an amazing area

The apartment is close to 2 lakes and the sea. Across the street is a nature reserve where you can swim, run, cycle and walk. 800 meters away is Stockholm's largest nature reserve (where, among other things you find Hellasgården) 1,6 kilometers away is a shopping center with restaurants. Train takes 18 minutes to Slussen and bus 7-20 minutes to the city, where you can enjoy everything Stockholm has to offer. At Nacka Strand, SL's shuttle boats leave for, among others, Djurgården and Nybroplan.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Mysig stuga vid skogsbrynet

I natursköna Trångsund, 18 minuter från Stockholms central, hittar ni denna mysiga stuga. En tio minuters promenad tar er till Trångsunds centrum med mataffär, apotek, kiosk, kemtvätt, skomakare och enklare restauranger. På lika lång tid går ni till närmsta badplats eller omtyckta caféet och restaurangen Villa Printz. Stugan ligger precis vid skogsbrynet, intill en vandringsled. Härifrån hör du hackspettar och andra fåglar och i gryningen tassar såväl räv som rådjur och harar ofta förbi.

Huset ligger på lugn återvändsgata med ca 300 m till skogen.Huset är perfekt för barnfamiljer eller gäster som gillar att cykla, vandra och springa i naturen. Att bo i Älta är perfekt även för dig som gillar stadsliv, då du också når stadens centrum, Södermalm/Slussen på 20 min med buss. Busshållplatsen ligger dessutom bara några minuters promenad från huset. Välkomna

Welcome to our serene guesthouse, beside a scenic nature reserve. Walking distance to nearby beach and lakes. Inside, you'll find a cozy retreat with a sofa bed (140cm) , loft sleeping area (160cm), and a compact kitchen. While our kitchen is modest, we're dedicated to meeting your needs and we'll do our best to accommodate. Unwind with sauna access and a dip in the pool, available by arrangement. With nearby bus stops and free parking, your tranquil retreat is just a reservation away!

Neighbour with the greatest forest in Stockholm!

Our beautiful little house is perfect if you want both the Swedish nature and Stockholm city. From the backdoor you can step right into the forest with your own private Patio. You fins nice viewpoints and some really beautiful lakes on a walking distance. The bus takes you to Stockholm/Slussen in just above 20 minutes. We live next door and would love to introduce you to the area and give you tips and recommendations. We love hiking, culture, food and fika and know lot of great spots.

Stockholm city 35 min, havet (Östersjön) med sandstrand, 30 min. OBS! Endast icke-rökare tillåtna som gäster, detta eftersom vi är allergiker.

Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.

Endast 10 minuter från Avicii Arena/3Arena och 20 min från Stockholm City bor ni i ett lugnt radhusområde med bra kommunikationer och gratis parkering. Kollektivtrafiken avgår ständigt från busstationen som ligger på 2 minuters avstånd från bostaden. Här bor ni såväl nära naturen som stadens puls. Lägenheten som är på 80 kvm ligger på bottenplan av vårt suterränghus. Bostaden har egen ingång, är fullt utrustad. Välkommen att trivas i ett hem med både komfort och bekvämlighet
