Die Wohnung selbst (ca. 100 qm) ist in einem Stil in Richtung "Landhaus" ausgestattet und punktet im Sommer mit Kühle und im Winter mit Wärme. Der größte Teil ist der Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich, in dem viel Platz für gemütliches Miteinander ist. Der kleinere Teil ist aufgeteilt in drei Schlafzimmer, Bad und Toilette.
