Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.

The Monte is located very close to the center in the famous "Isola" neighbourhood only 100m from two metro lines (M5 and M3), bus and tram and at a walking distance from Bosco Verticale, Corso Como and the center of Milan. It is a new loft for up to 4 people. The house is completely furnished and consists of a living area/kitchen, bedroom, a large bathroom and a separate storage space with a washing machine. Only a 5 min walk away you will find supermarkets, stores, restaurants and bars.

Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.
