Our apartment has one king sized bed and one twin size daybed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. CableTV, Wifi, a small kitchenette, bath and 2-zone climate control. Please note kitchenette has a small 2 burner induction cooktop and is more suited to warming up leftovers than preparing a full dinner.

Sky High Acres Apartment on Cooper Mt. is a private 2 acre estate framed by majestic Douglas Fir trees. 1200 sq. ft. of custom designed living space provides large windows to the private landscaping, gas fireplace, 55" TV, dining and pool table. Meals are easily prepared in the kitchenette or go to one of the many nearby restaurants. Also enjoy the expansive lawn area from the gas fireplace on the covered patio. **An additional queen bed is available in our Ford Conversion van for $60 a night**.

The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

Your own beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath (700 sqft) on quiet street in bustling downtown Beaverton. Washer/dryer in unit with 2 off street parking spots and lots of street parking. We are in a quiet neighborhood in West Slope, with easy access to the freeway into downtown Portland (5 miles), or the highway into Beaverton (2 miles). We are also close to Forest Park where the zoo, Washington Park, hiking trails, Pittock Mansion, and other outdoor activities are located. We are not far from restaurants, bars, movies, shopping, etc. (The rental does not have a stovetop or oven.)

Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.
