The walkout Lower-Level Guest Suite of our home is yours to enjoy valley views and nature on 22 acres of fields and woods next to Big Spring State Park. Relax, play board games, foosball or arcade basketball inside or enjoy the fire pit, disc golf course, stargaze, hike, play horseshoes or picnic at the pavilion. Several State Parks are within an hour’s drive that offer fishing, kayaking & swimming. Only 15 minutes off the turnpike at Willow Hill exit Route 75. Watch out for the Amish buggies!

Hilltop Suite, Quiet Street

You will have your own entrance & onsite parking in the driveway. Your PRIVATE area does not join with my living area in any way; we likely will never meet. The suite includes your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove & fridge, a small dining table, a couch, & a comfy queen bed. You control the temperature with your own HVAC system with both heating & cooling. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. College Heights neighborhood, free parking allows you to walk to the stadium, campus or downtown. We are also on the bus route for longer trips around the area. The apartment is comprised of 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and large deck.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
