Amazing handcrafted cabin located in the center of the "Roanoke Triple Crown" (McAfee's Knob, tinker cliffs and dragons tooth trails) just minutes from each trail head. Cabin is tucked away from everything. No other houses can be seen from the cabin. The cabin overlooks a beautiful pond with a small waterfall cascading in. Cabin was sustainability built with trees from the 20 acres it sits on. McAfee's Knob trailhead is 10 minutes away, Andy Layne trailhead to tinker cliffs is 9 minutes away.

You won’t see or hear the neighbors. I stay in the studio apt. behind the garage on the far side of the property. I absolutely respect your privacy. Only 15 minutes from Historic Lewisburg, one of WV's best tourist destinations which offers restaurants, bars, shops, antiques, and the arts. It is 13 miles to The Greenbrier Resort.

The Magical Cabin on Back Creek

Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. Built for $500.00 dollars "back-in-the-day," the Earlehurst Cottage was inhabited by The Carters, a humble, cute old country couple. Here, they raised two daughters. Today, the house is tastefully appointed where expected - & comfortable to modern standards - yet, it has been left as charming, rustic & cozy as it had always been: with elements of the original decor, windows, plaster walls, etc., being preserved. Pets stay for free!

Greenbrier River House

A cabin on the Greenbrier River at Keister only 20 minutes from downtown Lewisburg, the “River House” offers rustic decor but 21st century touches including wi-fi, Direct TV, etc. in a beautiful outdoor setting along the Greenbrier River. The "River House" is about an hour and a half from Snowshoe Ski Resort and from White Water rafting. With electric heat and a cozy fireplace, it is usable in all the seasons.
