Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Du går rett inn fra gatenivå, og til en stille del av bygningen. Når du kommer inn i leiligheten, ser du rett ned og ut over sjøen! På hver side ligger soverommene, helt skjermet fra lyd fra gaten. Stort bad i samme etasje. Ned en halv trapp, og du befinner deg i et voluminøst rom med vinduer tildels fra gulv - til taket som er 4 meter opp! Vakkert kjøkken, pent spiseområde med utsikt, og en veldig koselig tv-krok finner du der nede. Og utgang til privat veranda som henger rett over sjøen.

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this idyllic home with magnificent views of Storfjorden, which runs all the way to Geiranger, which is an 80km drive away from us. We are located 40 minutes from Vigra Airport and 30 minutes from Ålesund. The popular viewpoint Rampestreken at Åndalsnes is just one hour's drive, and scenic Trollstigen 1.5 hours from our location. There are plenty of local hikes in the area, and a scenic golf course just ten minutes away.

Walking distance ( 15min) to the famous Ålesund City center with its Jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. Leiligheten ligger i 3.etasje. Den er stilfull, lys og moderne. Mot syd har du en herlig takterasse med gode solforhold og flott sjøutsikt. Kjøkkenet har det du trenger, og i tillegg et vinskap. Stuen er luftig og moderne, med et rundt spisebord plass til fire personer. Hovedsoverommet har en 180seng og tv på veggen. Gjesterommet har en 150seng. På badet finnes det også kombinert vaskemaskin/tørketrommel.

Koselig kjellerleilighet i gammelt trehus i sentrum av Ålesund. Kort vei til Bybadet, byparken, kafeer og butikker. Et flott utgangspunkt for å utforske byen og området rundt. Nært busstopp om man vil ta turen til fjells eller ut mot havet. Det er gratis parkering i gata, men vi må registerer gjesteparkering så vi må få tilsendt registreringsnummer på bilen deres før dere ankommer.
